Running a photography business (much like running any small business) involves not only the activities directly related to serving my clients, but also various bits of overhead such as bookkeping and invoicing. These administrative tasks aren’t where I want to spend most of my time, but I want to ensure my clients receive great service.

I use FreshBooks for invoicing and have done so for a few years now. It’s easy for me and my clients seem happy as well. Recently I received this comment in an email message:
